Company legal form change
Company changed its legal form by registration on 7.4.2021. The plan of the change of legal form was drawn up as of 31 October 2020. This plan of the change of legal form provides for a change of the Company's legal form from a joint-stock company to a limited liability company and it is filed with the Company's Collection of Deeds. As consequence of the change of its legal form, the Company does not cease to exist and its assets do not pass to a legal successor; only the internal legal relations of the Company and the legal status of its shareholders change.
Supervizory and bridging ISO audit
The company has successfuly passed through the supervizory audit QMS & EMS and bridging Safety audit where the norm OHSAS has been replaced by the norm of ISO 45001. The task of the audit was to set the alignment of the integrated management system with the requirements of individual ISO standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018.
